The cottage sleeps 4 and travel cot in 2 bedrooms. There is a living room, fully fitted kitchen/dining room, downstairs cloakroom and under stairs cupboard. An upstairs bathroom.
Downstairs you'll find the living room is a light and welcoming space with patio doors leading direct into the south facing garden. The furnishings are comfortable, including two large sofas. Modern entertainment is amply provided for with the addition of a FreeSat TV and DVD player, HiFi with iPod/iPhone/iPad docking/USB. Wi-fi. A selection of more traditional games, jig-saw puzzles and children's colouring pages are available.
The kitchen/dining room is excellently equipped and attractively furnished housing an electric oven, gas hob, microwave/combination oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. A highchair is available to make life easier for the smaller people of the family!
From the entrance hall is the downstairs cloakroom with wc and basin and a very useful under-stairs coat/storage cupboard.
Upstairs boasts two good sized bedrooms and a roomy landing which are flooded with light thanks to the velux windows (blackout blinds fitted). The attractive double room is fitted with a king-size bed and is charmingly furnished including a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables and TV. French doors with Juliet balcony open out over the garden for those balmy summer evenings!
The second bedroom is a spacious and welcoming twin, furnished with wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and TV/DVD.
Finally the upstairs bathroom is fully tiled having a bath with shower over and enclosure, wc and basin.
Bed linen is included in the tariff and beds are made up in advance of arrival (please bring your own linen/blankets etc for travel cot). Bathroom towels are included, but please bring your own beach towels. Kitchen tea towels and dish cloths are also provided.
No smoking throughout.

The secure enclosed south facing garden offers a wonderful space to relax and unwind, catching the morning sunshine through to those long lazy summer evenings!
There is private off-road sheltered parking for one car, clearly marked.
Old Dairy Court is just as easily reached by train or car. Sheringham station is on the Bittern Line to Norwich with direct rail links to London Liverpool Street and the east of the country..
Nestled in the heart of Sheringham, Old Dairy Court is just off the high street which has a wide range of privately-owned shops ranging from butchers, bakers, fruiters, second-hand books, antiques, fishing tackle, model shop, arts and crafts.
