In addition there is one family bathroom with toilet, a shower room with toilet and also a separate toilet.
The large kitchen has a microwave, larder fridge, dishwasher, and large double gas cooker. A large island unit makes this an ideal meeting point.
The utility room has a large upright freezer and coin operated washing machine with separate dryer. From the lounge, with TV and DVD, you can access the dining room, which often doubles up as a childrens play room. This room then leads out into the secure back garden. Free WIFI.

The front of the property has been set aside for parking and can easily take up to 6 vehicles.
The back garden is a lovely sunny place to sit and enjoy the tranquillity of Canaan and watch the children play. It has a brick built barbecue, a children's play area and a prayer room which can be used for quiet reflection.
We are just a five minute walk from the lovely beach and town of Sheringham, with its many eating places and seaside shops. The national railway runs a frequent service into the city of Norwich, the Norfolk Broads and beyond. The local steam railway runs regularly along the coast to Holt and makes a lovely ride. There is also a regular bus service running into the towns and villages.
We have a good golf course, and are close to many bird watching areas.
On rainy days a visit to the local swimming pool is always a good option.
A very peaceful family and pet friendly home. Only five minutes walk from the bustling town, shops and beautiful beach.
