Sitting/Dining room has an inglenook fireplace (large basket of logs are provided), WiFi, SMART TV,DVD, ALEXA, CD player/ iPod dock, extendable table and 6 chairs. There is also a large selection of DVDs, games, books and puzzles. The kitchen has an electric cooker, fridge/freezer,dishwasher and microwave. A separate utility room has washing machine, tumble dryer. cloakroom with w.c, and pets bedding area. On the first floor bedroom 2 has twin beds.Bedroom 1 has a super king size bed with can be split into twin beds on request. The bathroom has a powerful over-the-bath shower and w.c. The second floor has bedroom 3 with a kingsize bed and en-suite shower room. There is room for a cot in bedroom 1 or 3.
Bed linen and towels are provided. Highchair and travel cot provided on request.

Sleeping Arrangements

1 king size ,1 super king size, or twin on request and 1 twin plus cot space in both king or super king size room.

Outside Property

The front garden has parking for 4 cars.
The garden at the rear of the cottage is large, secluded and enclosed. It is south facing and has a patio area with garden furniture.

Surrounding Area

The cottage is situated in an excellent position to reach all the amenities of North Norfolk. 3 miles from Blakeney, 4 miles from Holt. 200 yards from the pub and post office, cookies crab shop and Macs plaice van for fish and chips. The beach is only 700 yards away.
The area is a haven for walkers, bird watchers and nature lovers and has many other attractions nearby to suit all ages.
