The cottage is double glazed and has gas central heating.

Short breaks may be available on request - minimum 3 nights.

Please note the property does not have wifi but this is available around the village and in all cafes in Cromer.

Ample on-street parking is available outside the property and nominated off street parking is also available at the side of the property.

The sandy beach is a two minute walk from the property. There are lots of pleasant walks.
The village has a shop and post office which has everything you need.
The White Horse Inn serves pub meals and the Cliff Top Cafe serves breakfast and lunch with sea views.
The well known Sea Marge Hotel offers a variety of meals in historical surroundings.
Freshly caught crab and lobster can be bought from the fisherman's hut on the green.
Beach fishing is a pass-time enjoyed by many and the Cromer golf course is 5 minutes away.
