Large kitchen/diner with electric 2 oven AGA, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and central island and iPhone docking player. Extremely well equipped kitchen with door to outside with steps down to the patio area.
Pantry/laundry room with plenty of shelving and washing machine, tumble drier, Ironing Board, Iron, small fridge and Dolce Gusto coffee machine.
The sunroom has a corner sofa, armchair and a table and chairs for reading or playing games. There is plenty of room for a travel cot (which is provided) for separate sleeping arrangements. TV with separate dvd player or for guests own Xbox/Playstation. Door leads to steps down to the patio area.
2 large double bedrooms on this floor with super kingsize beds with bedside tables and lamps. Both rooms have large wardrobes, chests of drawers & hairdryers for guests use. There is an ensuite bathroom with over bath shower in one room and the other has an ensuite toilet and washbasin.
Separate Shower room/wet room on this floor, with large walk in shower, WC and basin with mirror & cupboards. Very useful for washing sandy feet after a day on the beach.
First Floor: 1 twin bedroom with a walk in wardrobe and 1 family bedroom with a double and single bed both with wardrobes and bedside tables & lamps and a bathroom on this floor with a bath, toilet & basin.
Large sitting room with breakfast bar & sink, small fridge & kettle - television, basic sky box & dvd player. There are fantastic views over the golf course, beach huts & sea.
A stair board to restrict access if needed.
Free WIFI as well as all bed linen, bath towels & mats, hand towels, tea towels, oven gloves, highchair, travel cot, booster seat, potty & changing mat included, must bring own beach towels. A welcome pack for guests on arrival. Friday only changeover in high season. CHECK-IN TIME 4PM & CHECK-OUT TIME 10AM.

A fantastic relaxing weekend at such a lovely house. We spent most of our time relaxing on the decking & playing with the children on the playground. A lovely setting to watch the Royal Wedding! Many thanks!-

Great house in an excellent location-
We spent a happy family Christmas week in this gorgeous house. Everything was exactly as we needed it & we appreciated the lovely tree & Christmas decorations. Its been great for the dog, he has loved every minute of the beach..

Outside Property
The garden is fully enclosed. The large patio area is accessed from the kitchen & the sunroom via steps. There are 2 large tables with chairs and rattan furniture as well as a barbecue for guests to use. The driveway is very large, with ample room for cars and even a boat.
Surrounding Area
The beach is a minutes walk across the golf course path. Old Hunstanton is a village on the Norfolk coast with a wonderful beach, approximately 1 mile from Hunstanton.There are several pubs serving food within walking distance, The Ancient Mariners (5 minutes) & The Lodge (8 minutes), a good village shop with post office & bakery, as well as The Neptune a Michelin starred restaurant. There is a beach cafe serving food, drinks, ice creams & beach toys. The golf course is on your doorstep as well as the beach. The bird watching is excellent and the coastal path walks are well worth doing.
