North Down is simply but comfortably furnished. It is fully central heated.There are three bedrooms a family room with en-suite with a double bed and single bed a twin room and a single room at the other end of the bungalow away from the other bedrooms.
There is a bathroom with a bath and shower over and a separate wc.
The lounge is a good size with ample seating and a dining table. A coal of wood fireplace provides additional comfort in winter
The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker, microwave,fridge,dishwasher and tumble dryer and also a washing machine. There is a double garage suitable for storage if you come equipped with bikes for a great escape along the coastal pathway, to either Morston or Blakeney.
The accommodation is laid out on one level and with the exception of the step into the front door; there are no stairs,steps or level changes. Although not designed specifically the property is suitable for disabled persons or those with limited mobility.
A cot can be provided on request.
There are extra chairs for dining stored in the garage.
This is a non smoking property.

Outside Property

The garden is west facing with fantastic views of the salt marshes.There is ample parking for three cars.The garden is now fenced and is now dog friendly, there are a few bumps in the garden but it is great for dogs and children to explore.There is a barbecue for your use.
There is a private pathway leading to the marshes without having to leave the privacy of your location, the pathway is shown by bright orange arrows leading your way to beautiful and breathtaking views.

Surrounding Area

Morston is a great place to visit you can do sailing, walking, bird watching and even take a boat out from Morston Quay to see the colony of grey seals. Restaurants/pubs can be found locally. At Morston, Blakeney, Holt to name but a few.
The beaches of the North Norfolk Coast are fantastic and are here waiting for you and your family to explore.
The walk from the bungalow to Blakeney is lovely, no matter what time of the day there are always people about to say a cheery hello to.
Great pubs and restaurants in the area especially
The Three Swallows at Cley next to the church fantastic atmosphere and tasty food.
