The Beach Hut is a modern, family friendly, homely house, situated very close to the beach and also close to the town centre. It is fully central heated and very cosy. It is on a very quiet road with its own parking and no through traffic. Free wi-fi is provided. We are also very proud to be able to say that we have a number of holidaymakers who repeat book with us. We also have a Facebook page - The Beach Hut in Hunstanton. We are pleased to say that The Beach Hut has had a recent Fire Risk Assessment and complies with the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022 which all holiday lets should now be familiar with.

ACCOMMODATION comprises of:

KITCHEN/DINER
The kitchen/diner has a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer, electric double oven and hob, and a microwave. The kitchen is also very well equipped, including the obvious kettle and toaster but also with a slow cooker, casserole dishes and every imaginable utensil and USB points on some sockets. The dining table seats 6 and there is also a high chair and booster seat.
LOUNGE
The lounge, newly carpeted for 2021, has sofas and a kids' corner with a little table and chairs and a toy box. There is a television, dvd player and a Wii with games.

There is also a downstairs toilet with wash basin which was refurbished in 2019.

BEDROOM 1
The main bedroom has a king size bed with wardrobes and two chests of drawers. There are USB points on some sockets.
BEDROOM 2
The second bedroom is a twin bedded room with wardrobe and two chests of drawers. There are USB points on some sockets.
BEDROOM 3
The third bedroom has adult size bunk beds and a chest of drawers. There are USB points on some sockets.
BATHROOM
The bathroom was completely refurbished in 2018 and has a shower cubicle, toilet and washbasin.

Bedding is available for an extra charge (exc travel cot bedding). Towels are not available.

Babies/children - There is a travel cot (no bedding), one stair gate, potty and stool, high chair, booster seat and plenty of plastic plates, bowls and cups, and children's cutlery.

The area is peaceful at night despite being so close to so much.

The Beach Hut isn't just a holiday let but also our family holiday home, and so it is equipped to ensure your stay is as home from home as possible.

We regret that pets and smoking are not allowed at this property. However a family dog does visit once a year so please check with us if you have any dog allergies. A damages deposit of £75 is also payable, which will be refunded after the property has been vacated and checked by our cleaner.

Outside Property

At the rear of the property is an enclosed patio area with patio furniture. This is accessible from the lounge via the patio doors. There is parking for one car on the front drive and a second private parking space to the side of the row of houses.

Surrounding Area

Hunstanton is a lovely resort dating from Victorian times and it retains much of its Victorian character. There is plenty to do, from crazy golf to the Hunstanton Sealife Sanctuary. There is also the Princess Theatre offering shows throughout the year, the Oasis Leisure Centre which has a swimming pool, soft play and outdoor roller blading and a ten pin bowling centre. The beach, which is less than a minute's walk away is ideal for families and as both the town centre and local supermarket are less than 5 minutes walk you may even find your car stays on the drive during your stay! Hunstanton also offers a traditional funfair and an abundance of amusements.
If you wish to travel further along the coast then Wells-Next-The-Sea, Holkham Beach and Hall, and Sheringham are worth a visit. Inland you will find Kings Lynn should you wish to go shopping and 'The Burnhams' which offer smaller independent shops. These are just a few of the places that are worth visiting. For anyone who doesn't drive, the house is very central and near to the bus stop, and Hunstanton has a regular and good bus service.
