Lovely big pretty garden with views over field to village church. Outdoor table tennis table, Weber BBQ, casual dining table with sofas and large sun canopy on patio. Four bicyles suitable for adults and teenagers. Parking on drive for two cars very comfortably, and space for a boat/trailer.
Surrounding Area
The village of Holme-next-the-Sea is delightful and quiet with its own pub. The beaches of Holme are spectacular with huge skies and the softest sand and only a 5 minute drive or a walk across fields close to the pub. Wonderful beach walks and coastal path to Thornham with its great award winning pubs and restaurants, and beyond. Brancaster and Holkham beaches are a must! Great birdwatching at the bird reserve in Holme and at the RSPB centre at Titchwell. Hunstanton golf course is at the end of the village and the club is less than 2 miles away, and Royal West Norfolk Golf Club at Brancaster is 4 miles. Exciting sailing at Brancaster Staithe and Burnham Overy, or take the picnic boat to the island for a lovely day out. Sandringham House, Houghton Hall and Holkham Hall are all close with activities for children, as well as Snettisham animal farm, Pensthorpe wildlife park and a host of others. Hunstantan has indoor ten pin bowling and large indoor swimming pool, a theatre/cinema and lots of shops for the children. Adults and teenagers head to Burnham Market with your credit cards, for great clothes, furniture, antiques, art galleries, jewellery shops, quirky shops and the Hoste Arms!
