The garden is west facing and has an oak framed cover with seating for 6-8 with an outdoor woodburning stove/bbq. There is an outside dining table with 6 seats and large umbrella and a garden room.
There is a gated gravel driveway to the front with parking for 3 vehicles.

We are 8 miles from the coast at Brancaster Staithe, or around 9 miles to wells-nest-the-Sea and 7 miles to Burnham Market where there are lots of pubs, restaurants, shops etc
The Royal Estate of Sandringham is around 7 miles away
The Four Winds General Store is approx 2 miles away and is open 7am - 7 pm and stocks all household items, fresh food and vegetables, wine and beers .
