The property consists of :

Lounge - Exposed brick fireplace, Wooden beams, Wood burning stove and French doors to garden. Sky TV, Broadband WiFi, DVD player.
Selection of family board games and books.

Kitchen - Newly fitted units with solid beech work tops with dining table for 6 people. Wooden beams to ceiling.

2nd Lounge - A spacious, vaulted ceiling lounge has just been built, creating a light but homely living space. There is a sofa bed in this room and can be used, as either two singles or a double if required. Extra bedding is required - please request if you are planning on taking 8 people.

Bathroom - This has a modern 'p' shaped bath with a modern rainfall shower and separate hand held shower attachment. It has a built in sink unit and attractive chrome Victorian style radiator.

Shower Room - There is now an additional shower room and toilet, in a modern style. Creating a clean and crisp feel.

Bedroom 1 - Good sized bedroom with an elegant sleigh style king sized bed and exposed brick fireplace ( not in use) with wooden beams to ceiling.

Bedroom 2 - Has a small double bed (4ft) with lovely large sash window looking onto the side garden.

Bedroom 3 - Has 2 comfortable single beds and furniture. quietly tucked away at the far end of the cottage.

Duvets and pillows are provided, as is the linen and towels for 6 people. There is an additonal charge for bedding etc for 7-8 persons. Please enquiry when booking.

Utility room with sink facilities.

Bank Transfer would be preferred but other options available.

Dogs are welcome at the cottage at an additional cost - Please ask.

Outside Property

There is no parking at the cottage but there is parking on - street at two nearby residential streets.

A private medium sized garden. This has recently expanded and a new fence installed. Newly lawned and patio laid. Great two garden areas.

There is space outside to store bikes if required.

Surrounding Area

There is a wonderful beach which offers an interesting holiday or break away. From building sandcastles and sun bathing to fishing or watching the fishermen bring in their haul.

The town has a wonderful traditional feel with fish and chips and ice creams to offer. Plus, other unique small shops with interesting stocks.

The Little Theatre is worth a visit and has a fabulous Christmas Panto.

Restaurants are a plenty from Thai to Indian and more traditional pub food at The Two Lifeboats.

The swimming pool has a wave machine and a slide for wet weather days.
