Beechcroft is a large much-loved family holiday house.
Downstairs: Sitting room, dining room, TV room, kitchen, cloakroom with wc, storeroom, utility room with shower & separate wc

Upstairs: 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 twin bedroom with spare single bed, 3 single bedrooms, 2 drop-side cots (60x120cm, 70x140cm), bathroom and separate wc.


Equipment: 2 fridges, 2 freezers, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, microwave, airing blankets, TV, telephone, WIFI.

General: Linen is provided. Please bring your own towels. Central heating.
Deposit: £100 when booking with balance due 3 weeks before arrival.

Letting Period: Saturday to Saturday. Arrival after 1700, vacating by 1000 to allow for cleaning.

The garden is large and fully enclosed.
There is off road parking for 3 vehicles.
