The cottage is built in a traditional Norfolk style, with brick and chalk clunch walls under a pantiles roof. The property is double glazed, and has central heating making for a cosy stay in the cooler months.

Accommodation consists of -
King size double bedded room with ensuite shower room, twin and bunk bed rooms, living room, family bathroom & kitchen dining room and fully equipped utility room.

BT Wifi Broadband is available through out.

In addition there are home office facilities in the utility room with desk, chair and wifi access.

It has been equipped to a very high standard with: Panasonic HD Colour TV,Freeview HD, DVD, dishwasher, washing machine & tumble dryer, central heating in winter, etc.

A great location for all twelve months of the year.

Bed linen and towels are included.

Pets and Smoking are not allowed in the Cottage.

A little further along the coast there is Brancaster beach and there are many interesting bird reserves including Titchwell, Snettisham and Holme next the Sea.
