21 Dale End is part of a small estate, set back from the coast road. It's a bright, sunny property, with contemporary decor. We have carried out a major refurbishment with new kitchen, underfloor heating, additional ensuite, new terrace and many other refinements! We hope our visitors - those coming for the first time and the many who return every year - will be as delighted with the improvements as we are!

The main bedroom, with its new ensuite bathroom, has king-size bed and ample room for a travel cot. It looks north over to the marshes and sea and south over the garden. The second and third bedrooms have twin and full size bunk beds respectively. The family bathroom has a power shower over the bath.

Downstairs, the entrance lobby (with a second loo off) opens into the dining area with a large table and ample seating for 8. The new kitchen is fully fitted with a Bosch cooker and microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher and large fridge freezer. microwave, toaster and tood processor. The integral garage houses a washing machine and tumble dryer. The house is centrally heated throughout, with cosy underfloor heating downstairs.

The large, bright sitting room has FreeSat TV with DVD, CD and radio, lots of books, games and puzzles. Its patio doors open onto the terrace and garden. The property has WiFi.

The changeover day is usually Friday but we can sometimes be flexible. You are welcome to arrive after 4pm and please vacate by 10am on departure day. Short lets are often available - please ask for details and prices.
Prices include all linens, towels, heating and cleaning.
There is strictly No Smoking in 21 Dale End.

Outside Property

The garden is south facing and very private, mainly laid to lawn, enjoys the sun all day long, and is very secure. The paved terrace outside the sitting room has a garden table, chairs and umbrella. Extra deck chairs and a barbeque are provided. There is ample off street parking for cars and a boat, and room for sails, bikes etc in the garage.

Surrounding Area

The White Horse, one of the country's most talked about gastropubs, is just across the road and the much loved Jolly Sailors hostelry is a short walk down towards the harbour. The Deepdale Cafe provides brilliant breakfasts and all day food. You're only a minute away from the Tourist Information Office, garage and Nisa General Store, as well as the Fish Shed, famous for its wonderful fish selection and now selling bread and fresh produce too. Brancaster Staithe also has a recreation ground and tennis courts.

Sailing can be enjoyed from Brancaster Staithe and Burnham Overy Staithe, golf at the Royal West Norfolk Club in Brancaster and the closest birdwatching is 3 miles away at RSPB Titchwell.

The house is a minute's walk from the marshes, where you can walk for miles on the Coastal Path, or explore them by dinghy. The fabulous beach at Brancaster is five minutes away by car and a few more minutes will bring you to many more wonderful beaches - Thornham, Holme-Next-Sea and Holkham. Seal and bird watching trips leave from Blakeney and Morston.

Two miles away is Norfolk's loveliest Georgian village, Burnham Market, where you can shop for all your everyday needs - or some of life's luxuries. High fashion, hats and delicious cafe and deli food are all here!

A little further afield, Royal Sandringham House and Park, Holkham Hall and Houghton Hall are all within easy reach..
