A 17th century fisherman's cottage built in the local brick and flint tradition, Mount Cottage offers light, spacious and airy accommodation.

Two generous hallways lead into the kitchen/diner in the original part of the cottage, the large sitting room and a ground floor shower room and toilet.

The spacious kitchen/diner is extensively equipped to enable guests to prepare and enjoy relaxing meals together at the farmhouse kitchen table, chairs, highchair and even a pew! Cooking facilities include an induction hob and electric double oven, microwave, large fridge freezer and dishwasher, whilst laundry facilities include a washing machine, heated clothes dryer and iron and ironing board.

Surprisingly large, bright and airy, the sitting room was originally two rooms in bygone days. It now provides a comfortable and cosy space in which to relax with a wood burning stove, a range of soft furnishings and seating, a large central coffee table, a good sized Smart T.V. with an Amazon Fire Stick and a collection of board games to keep everyone entertained!

The winding staircase leads to a large upper hallway, central to three spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed, its own wash basin and an airing cupboard - in the original staircase! Together with the two twin bedrooms, the bright and airy rooms feature wardrobes, clothes hooks/racks and chests of drawers. A travel cot and hairdryer are also provided. The large family bathroom on the first floor features an electric shower above the bath, toilet, basin and a heated towel rail.

The cottage is heated by electric central heating throughout.

Mount Cottage features a small patio area to the rear, open to the charming ‘loke’ on which the cottage is situated. Relax and enjoy the peaceful outdoors, sitting out at the bistro table and chairs.

Mount Cottage benefits from a parking space in the Royal British Legion Blakeney Harbour Rooms car park, only a couple of minutes walk away. The cottage is ideally located for Blakeney's Quay, shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants whilst also offering direct access to a wealth of scenic local walks.
