Sitting/dining room with comfortable seating, free view TV, WiFi, bluetooth soundbar, dining table, electric inset fire and a selection of board games and books.
French doors open out from the sitting room onto the secure rear garden.
Boot room for coats, swimming towels and outdoor shoes/wellies.

We would ask that pets are not allowed into either of the bedrooms or on the furniture in the sitting room, please.

The large rear garden is secure with terrace, garden table, barbeque and washing line.
The front garden is surrounded by shrubs and flower beds.
The padlocked garden shed is large enough for bike storage and is where the garden chairs are kept.
Ample off-street parking for at least two cars - a real rarity in Blakeney!

Surrounding Area

Blakeney is a popular village on the North Norfolk coast and from Close-by you are within a 5 minute walk of the quay - a good starting point for a walk along the coastal path to Morston, Cley and beyond.
There is a well stocked supermarket, fishmongers, coffee shops, bakery, restaurants, pubs, a garage, art galleries, card/gift shops, play park and tennis courts.
Boat trips to see the seals on Blakeney Point leave regularly from nearby Morston.
