We bought this lovely Victorian cottage four years ago as a holiday home for us, our family and other guests to enjoy. Guests love it here and many return to us every year. We come throughout the year to relax and enjoy this beautiful part of England. We walk, cycle, visit the many places of interest and eat at the local pubs and restaurants.
The cottage was built in 1882. It was extensively renovated in 2013. New windows, heating, bathrooms and kitchens were fitted.
It has a well fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine microwave, coffee machine, fridge with separate freezer, oven
and hob. The bathroom and downstairs cloakrooms are newly fitted. As well as a bath there is a thermostatic shower.
The living room has an open fire, Smart TV with Blu-ray and very comfortable chairs and sofa. There is a separate dining room with a lovely oak table. The two double bedrooms are very comfortable with luxury bed linen. The cottage has gas central heating and Wi Fi.
Guests are greeted on arrival with a welcome pack..
The cottage has a lovely, secure, walled garden at the back with BBQ for alfresco dining, a garage and plenty of secure parking for 2 to 3 cars/boats/bikes etc.

This double fronted cottage has a front garden and driveways on both sides for parking. A large garage is available for the use of guests.
The cottage is situated on a quiet lane in the centre of Heacham. It is close to shops, pubs and restaurants and a 1 mile easy walk to the sea and beaches of Heacham.
Hunstanton is 2 miles away and it is close to many areas and places of interest to visit.
The area is great for couples, families with children of all ages, bird watchers, walkers, dog , golfers, cyclists, lovers of water sports and people who want a quiet, relaxed holiday on the beautiful North Norfolk Coast.
If you don't want to drive, walk or cycle, Heacham is well served by bus routes..
