Description
This lovely holiday cottage is one of ten in a terrace which would originally have been farm workers cottages in the centre of the village.
Inside there is a cosy lounge with open fireplace, TV and DVD. The kitchen has a low ceiling with exposed beams, built in oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and table with 4 chairs.
Upstairs there are 2 delightful bedrooms, 1 double and 1 bunk bedroom (the bunk bedroom is cosy but very small ideal for children, restricted space on top bunk due to sloping ceiling, please note due to the size of the room there is no door, instead a curtain for privacy).
Bathroom is located upstairs with toilet, wash basin and a bath with shower over.

Outside Property
There is a small garden to the front of the cottage with shrubs and little lawn with a patio area with table and 2 chairs (2 extra chairs in understairs cupboard)
Parking is on the road near to the cottage, during busy times it may be necessary to park a little way up the road but you can always get parked somewhere.
Surrounding Area
Heacham is a wonderful quiet retreat in the winter and a busy little seaside village in the summer. It has a shingle/sand beach approx 1 mile from the cottage and it is possible to walk along the beach all the way to Hunstanton (approx. 2 miles) and maybe get the bus back.
There are many places of interest close to the cottage such as Norfolk Lavender gift shop and tea room (10 min. walk), Snettisham Park Farm and Deer Safari (10 min. by car) and Sandringham House and Gardens (10 min. by car).
Alternatively you may fancy a day out further afield to Bircham Windmill, Boat trips to see the seals at Blakeney, Holkham and Wells or a trip across to Norwich.
The cottage is an excellent base to explore the North Norfolk coast for walking, family holidays and bird/nature reserves.
