Sitting room: Large, light room with large open fireplace & wood burning stove. Three piece suite with additional chairs. Television, Humax box & DVD player. staircase to upstairs.
Landing with large wardrobe.
Family bathroom, recently refurbished.
Bedroom 1: Situated in the oldest part of the house it has original beams & ornamental cast iron fireplace. Double bed, chest of drawers & hanging space.
Bedroom 2: Attractive room with beams & en suite shower room. It has its own staircase leading to sitting room. Double bed & chest of drawers.
Bedroom 3: Single bedroom with chest of drawers.
Bedroom 4: Single room under eaves which children love. Travel cot. High chair available.
The property is maintained to a very high standard by the owners. Bathrooms have been recently renovated. Electricity, linen & towels are included in the price but not beach towels. Bookings are Friday to Friday.

Brancaster is in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Little Ash is an ideal location from which to explore the North Norfolk coast & enjoy its attractions. The playing field, with play area & tennis courts, is very close by. It is a short walk to the award-winning village pub, church & access to the Norfolk Coast Pathway.. The beautiful Beach is about a mile away and can be reached by car, if needed. The RSPB reserve at Titchwell is within easy reach by car or the local Coast Hopper bus. It is within easy reach of several local golf courses.
A comfortable, spacious well maintained traditional cottage. Close to local beaches, golf courses and bird reserves.
