Beechcroft is a large much-loved family holiday house.
Downstairs: Sitting room, dining room, TV room, kitchen, cloakroom with wc, storeroom, utility room with shower & separate wc

Upstairs: 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 twin bedroom with spare single bed, 3 single bedrooms, 2 drop-side cots (60x120cm, 70x140cm), bathroom and separate wc.


Equipment: 2 fridges, 2 freezers, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, microwave, airing blankets, TV, telephone, WIFI.

General: Linen is provided. Please bring your own towels. Central heating.
Deposit: £100 when booking with balance due 3 weeks before arrival.

Letting Period: Saturday to Saturday during school holidays. Please contact us for let lengths and prices outside school holidays. Arrival after 1700, vacating by 1000 to allow for cleaning.

The garden is large and fully enclosed.
There is off road parking for 3 vehicles.
