This spacious retreat is perfect for couples or a family of three wishing to relax and enjoy the natural wonders of North Norfolk as well as Blakeney’s traditional pubs, restaurants and boutique stores.
The stylish open plan living space incorporates a sitting room bathed in natural light with a traditional and sympathetically restored sash window to the front aspect. You will also find a cast iron wood burning stove, comfortable dining table and sofa as well as a bookcase filled with a collection of good reading material.
The property benefits from an array of traditional features reflecting its period character which are complimented by the use of traditional materials and Farrow & Ball paint.
The newly fitted integrated kitchen brings the cottage up to date consisting of a Bosch electric oven with halogen hob, fridge, washing machine, Russell Hobbs appliances, wooden work tops and quarry tiles.

For foodies or those simply seeking pure relaxation, the cottage is surrounded by traditional pubs, restaurants and delicatessen of this historic North Norfolk village.

To the front of the property there is lovely antique bench with a beautiful table and chairs to enjoy the sunshine with a glass of wine or fresh coffee from the local delicatessen.
Parking is readily available and free for National Trust members in the Quay pay and display car park.
Blakeney must be one of the most sought after coastal villages in North Norfolk. The whole coastal area, much of it owned by The National Trust, is designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, attracting both sailing enthusiasts and ornithologists. The village retains a unique atmosphere with many of the old mariners’ and merchants’ houses remaining in its narrow streets with others tucked away in flint walled alleyways. The main street runs down to the Quay with its salt marsh and channels, with Blakeney Point beyond. There is a surprisingly wide selection of shops, public houses and hotels. A wider range of amenities can be found in the Georgian town of Holt, about 5 miles to the south.
