All four rooms are adult only, en suite, pet free, smoke free. All rooms have an allocated parking space.
Guests have access to a communal sitting room with a large television. The conservatory/breakfast room, also with soft seating, leads onto the quiet, private garden.
Our Aim is to provide rooms that will ease away the stresses of daily life and will give you joy. They provide comfort, luxury and tranquillity.
Options are available for housekeeping and continental breakfast.
Sleeping Arrangements
Four Individual Ensuite Bedrooms - 3 Can be made as a Twin or Super King and 1 as a Double or can be booked as a Holiday House for a week at a time, Monday to Monday.
Outside Property
The south facing conservatory leads to a beautiful and quiet garden with seating for all guests to unwind after a day exploring. It is surrounded by lavender providing that beautiful and calming aroma. Armeria backs onto rolling open farmland. Next to it is a lane leading to and the National Circle Route and countryside walks.
We are close to a bus stop for those planning on exploring further afield during their stay. One bus travels the length of the coastal path for a quick route home. Alternatively hop on it to a starting point further away from Wells.
We are close to the town. Here guests can explore local shops )independent retailers not chains). A lovely family run pub providing excellent home cooked meals is a two minute walk away.
Surrounding Area
It is 15 minutes walk to the harbour, slipways, little beaches and the saltmarsh, a Site of Special Scientific Interest, with a Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The coastal path walk can be joined at the harbour. It is a big favourite for walkers.
Wells' award winning beach is just a mile along the path, boasting colourful beach huts and golden sand. Adjoining Wells beach is Holkham Bay and Nurture Reserve. Further inland is a Holkham Hall and Estate.
Wells and its surroundings is a haven for bird watchers, cyclists, artists, photographers and walkers. Here you can hire a kayak or paddleboard. Those who want to simply relax will find plenty of spots to while away time reading, watching antics on the water or the world go by.
