This lovely light and airy south facing house is located just 700 meters from the North Norfolk Coastal footpath and glorious sandy beach. It is surrounded by an acre of private and secluded gardens with an abundance of flowers, shrubs and trees including the rare Black Poplar. There is a small copse to explore with a wandering path and seating areas around the garden for sitting, reading or just 'being'.
The prolific wildlife of the area can offer be seen wandering around at different times of the day and occasionally. heard at night including several species of deer and barn owls.

Located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Poplar Farm House is perfect for exploring the North Norfolk coast and the Broads. A 10 minute walk along a designated foot-path across open fields full of skylarks and reed-warblers leads to the NN Coastal footpath and the sandy beaches of Waxham. A Common Seal colony inhabits this stretch of the coast and you can sea seal pups over the winter months from November to February. There are many nearby walks and places to visit including Hickling Broad, Horsey Mill, the gardens at Hoveton, The Old Vicarage East Ruston, Fairhaven and National Trust properties Blicking, Houghton and Felbrigg Halls. The cathedral city of Norwich is only a 40 min drive away.
