Enjoy the use of our entire 1 acre site set within the surrounding Glaven Valley and AONB. Book our accompanying pre-erected bell tent (£50 per night) to accommodate up to 3 children.
There is also an outside seating area with a fire pit with views of rolling woodland and farmland across the Glaven Valley Conservation area. There is a fully equipped kitchenette with a butler sink, convection hob, toaster, kettle and microwave. You will have your own personal fire pit by your door.
We are proud to be a dog-friendly property and would be happy to accommodate your small and well behaved pet providing they stay off our lovely white sheets!
We have fast Wifi to the house (if you need to download a movie) and excellent 5G to the hut.
You will find a complimentary welcome hamper on your arrival including breakfast provisions, enough for 2 people. Any additional guests under canvas will also be provided for, included in their pitch price.

Outside Property
The hut is set within an acre paddock which is fully enclosed. It is shared with 3 further shepherd huts, all very well spaced apart. There is a gate from the field with direct access to the Hunworth loop; a permissive path that runs across the Glaven valley, passing. Through a pine forest with the most spectacular views and emerging at the nearby, famous, ‘Hunworth Bell’. A dog friendly pub with fantastic food.
Surrounding Area
Stody is a historic and unspoilt village in the heart of the Glaven Valley and minutes from the North Norfolk coast. The site is situated in the grounds of The Old King William; a 17th Century residence and former public house.
The local dog walks through the Glaven Valley are breathtaking but they are via permitted paths; Roe deer, pheasants and rabbits are abundant so please keep dogs on a lead. If you’d prefer to let them run wild, we are a hop and a skip from the coast with some of the best beaches on the planet.
We are also very close to the famous Georgian market town of Holt (10 minutes drive) and in walking distance of the much loved Hunny (Hunworth) Bell.
