The Cottage is a modern built waterside property built on prime location peninsula land on the River Bure. The interior is bright and airy with a rear deck that backs onto the water.
The spacious hallway leads to the lounge diner and the stairs to the first floor are on the right. There is extra storage downstairs in the hall way and plenty in the twin bedded room.
The lounge area has a comfortable sofa, flat screen TV and DVD player.
The dining area has seating for four and looks right out of the french doors over the decking onto the water. The kitchen is fully fitted with cooker, fridge freezer microwave oven and hob. You have all you need to enable you to enjoy as much or as little self catering as required.
The Cottage's rear decks are complete with patio table/chairs for alfresco dining and are accessed through French doors from the living rooms making the whole experience quite special, opening the cottages up to quintessential Broads life.
Books games and DVD's are provided for your use and can be found in the living room.
Cots and High Chairs can be made available on request. An iron and ironing board are provided.
On the first floor you will find both bedrooms, one double and one twin bedded room. All beds are provided with fresh linen.
The bathroom with an electric shower over the bath is between the two bedrooms.

The Cottage is situated on a beautiful peninsula just off the River Bure. With water on both sides of the property it really is like being on a boating type holiday with all the comfort of being ashore.
Patio furniture for 6 people is sited on the rear decking that over - looks a boat basin on the edge of the Broads.
Fishing is permitted in season from the rear deck if that is your thing.
Parking is in a numbered space adjacent to the property.
Only a short walk away from the centre of Wroxham means that all the amenities you could wish for are close at hand.
The Norfolk Broads is a magical water wonderland where all boating activities take place and attract lots of visitors served by great waterside Pubs and Resturants. People watching is a top pastime but if activity is your thing you can be active on or off the water with many visitor attractions nearby.
Steam Railway, waterborne activities, hire a boat go on a guided trip or take the children to Bewilder wood to name a few.
Norwich only being 8 miles to the centre means that shopping or top city life and attractions are only a short ride away.
