Wells-Next-the-Sea is a quaint fishing port full of character and history. The harbour still has working crab and lobster boats along with the Albatross, the Dutch sailing barge moored on the quay. The stunning sandy beach with it's colourful 200 beach huts is a short walk away along the rideway.Narrow streets wind from the harbour to the Buttlands, a Georgian square surrounding the town green.
The cottage is tucked away in the conservation area of East Quay where some of the cottages date back to Tudor times. Wells-Next-the-Sea is just part of the wonderful North Norfolk coast.
