Preachers View in Norfolk (photo 2) Preachers View in Norfolk (photo 3) Preachers View is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom upside-down detached house located on Burnt Street in Wells-next-the-Sea. It has onsite parking for one car at the property (accessed from Waveney Close), an enclosed courtyard with views of the church and is close to all amenities. It also has its own beach hut that you can rent (weekly basis/rentals only) for £150 per week.

Just a pleasant 5 minute walk through the churchyard past the alpacas and you have the Co-op where you can buy all of your groceries 7 days a week. Its location also benefits from a close walk to The Buttlands - an attractive tree lined green with elegant Georgian and Victorian houses. Plus a couple of fantastic pubs offering food all year round!

Staithe Street is a 5-10 minute walk where you will find a range of cafes, a deli, fantastic butcher and quaint little shops leading to the Quayside. You can walk to the renowned beach (awarded runaway winner of the 'Sunday Times Beach of the Year' in 2016) although it's a mile from the town or just 5 mins by car.

The house offers clean, clutter-free living. It takes full advantage of the view of the church by having an up-side down layout. The first floor is accessed by an open riser staircase which leads onto an open plan living room with the kitchen off it. This living space (with large window to the front and rear) allows the sun to shine through which makes the space very light and warm.

The kitchen/diner has seating for 6, an electric oven/hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and slim dishwasher.

On the ground floor at the entrance to the property, there is a separate washing machine, tumble dryer and additional fridge.

There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor. Bedroom 1 is quite compact with a double bed and wardrobe, bedroom 2 is a large, spacious double room with an en-suite (bath with shower over) and french doors leading onto the courtyard. Bedroom 3 is a compact room with a full size bunk bed and wardrobe.

There is a fully modernised family bathroom on the ground floor with a shower over the bath and underfloor heating.

The courtyard is fully enclosed and has seating for 6.

No pets. No smoking. Friday change overs only. We will require a damage deposit of £150 - payable when settling the full balance of your stay. Weekends/long weekends available.

An enclosed courtyard with seating. Lovely views of the church across the road. Parking onsite (accessed from Waveney Close) for one car and several free parking spaces on Burnt Street (literally behind the courtyard garden).
