A lovely 3 bedroom property available for short breaks or weekly/fortnightly lets. There is a large, well equipped kitchen and a dining area along with a snug which has a wood burning stove. There is also a separate lounge, with another wood burning stove and a downstairs WC. Upstairs is a bathroom, with bath and shower above and 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are large enough for a cot. The house has central heating and WiFi.
Dogs are welcome in Chinewrde in the downstairs area which is very pet friendly.

Outside there is a patio area with seating and a BBQ, small lawned area to the front and a large parking area to the rear. There is sufficient parking for 2/3 cars.
Surrounding Area
Chinewrde is just a 10 minute stroll from the shops in the town of Wells-next-the-Sea, which has a very pretty harbour. There is also a small Co-op just across the road which is very convenient for groceries. Wells is a busy town in the summer and is renowned for its Carnival Week which has something for everyone. The fishing harbour is great for crabbing, and there are plenty of pubs and restaurants to suit all pockets. Away from the school holidays Wells is a great base for discovering the lovely North Norfolk coastline and is extremely popular with walkers and bird watchers. The town is very dog friendly as are most of the eating establishments.
