Bluebell Cottage, 26 Church Plain, Wells-next-the-Sea, NR23 1EQ was previously our home for 10 years during which time it was completely renovated but still maintaining a traditional cottage feel with woodburners in both kitchen & lounge and with gas central heating throughout with original cast iron radiators downstairs.
The woodpanelled lounge is painted in soft colours & features 2 comfy sofas and easy chair,colour TV with freesat, DVD player & CD player. Free WIFI.
The kitchen is fully equiped, and the separate utility room has washing machine, dryer, freezer with downstairs toilet beyond.
Upstairs are 3 large bedrooms, one with king size bed, one with a double bed and one with twin beds. The bathroom comprises bath, washbasin, toilet & large walk in shower.
Prices for 2020 start at £380 out of season increasing to £740 in July/August.

Parking is free street parking on Church Plain and because of the location you can usually park outside the front door even in the height of summer.
There are two gardens, the private garden to the rear of the property with garden furniture where you can sit and enjoy the sunshine from noon to late evening, and beyond this is a further large lawned garden with flower beds. This garden is shared with neighbouring Lilac Cottage but your own garden is not visible to this. Both gardens are dog proof.
Bluebell Cottage is 5 minutes walk from the main shopping street in Wells where you can purchase everything you need for your stay.It is also only 5 minutes walk from The Buttlands, a large green which features 2 excellent pubs with further eating places also only a stroll away.
Catch the small train from the Quay to the beach & pinewoods or walk along the seawall or drive to the large carpark where you can then enjoy the pinewoods & vast beaches for which this part of Norfolk is famous.
