The Stables, pictured above, sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms.This cottage has lots of beams and original features with large rooms and an airy feel . Entered via the private courtyard, the large open-plan living area has comfy sofas, dining area, and a fully fitted kitchen with fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher. The master bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has a king size brass bedstead, and the third bedroom has twin beds. There is a family bathroom with shower over the bath.
The Granary sleeps 5 in 3 bedrooms. Accessed via its own private courtyard garden, perfect for barbecues in the summer; the Granary has French doors directly into the open-plan living area. The cosy lounge area has large sofas, a flat screen TV and bluray player. This leads onto the dining area and fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The master bedroom has a king size iron bedstead. The second bedroom has a king size bed which can be split into twins on request. The third bedroom is a single. The family bathroom has a bath with shower over. The Stables and Granary share the use of a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer,
The Coach House sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms, boasts a large airy and light main reception room with open fire and comfortable sofas for cosy nights in. A flat screen TV and DVD player provides entertainment. The dining area seats up to six persons. An archway leads to the newly refitted kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, and large fridge-freezer and double glazed doors lead to the private area of the courtyard which is shared with the Ostlery. A door leads to the shower room with WC and basin. Upstairs boasts a host of original timbers and has two king size and one twin bedroom and a bathroom with full size bath with shower over. The master bedroom has a zip and link bed that can be seperated into twins. Both king size bedrooms have ample room for a cot.
The Ostlery sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms.This cottage has a rustic farmhouse kitchen with cooker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and fridge freezer and which leads into the open plan living/dining room. It has a flat screen TV and DVD player, a wood-burning stove and original timber ceiling. Large glazed double doors lead to the private area of the courtyard. Upstairs has lovely beamed ceilings and one king size bedroom and one twin room, both of which have room for a cot. The bathroom has a full size bath with shower over.
Each cottage has its own individual style and attractions, but we provide the same level of comfort and facilities in whichever one you choose.
They now all feature:

•Parking for up to two cars available for all cottages.
•Towels and bedding provided, plus bathrobes and slippers for all adults;

On arrival, you will find in your cottage a "Randalls Welcome Basket" of essentials to start your holiday off.
Each cottage has it's own private courtyard garden, with patio furniture, barbecue and outdoor drying facilities. The cottages share the heated indoor swimming pool (every cottage has private pool time as well as shared time), and the large games room with pool, table tennis, and table football. We also have a good selection of games and puzzles, and books for you to borrow.
Situated in the very quiet and peaceful Norfolk countryside, surrounded by farmland, fruit fields, hedges and woods the five cottages on-site have been converted from farm buildings adjacent to Old Farm House, a Georgian country house built in the 1820s. With the shared use of a heated indoor swimming pool and large games room our aim is to provide great facilities for the family and a superior level of comfort that will enable you to relax, unwind and enjoy the wonderful opportunities that a holiday in beautiful Norfolk can provide.
We are within easy reach of the wonderful North Norfolk coast, with bird-watching and seal watching popular pastimes, traditional holiday resorts from Wells-next-the-sea to Great Yarmouth, Stately homes and gardens, museums, steam railways, zoos and adventure parks ideal for family fun and we are only a few minutes away from the award winning attractions of Wroxham Barns and Bewilderwood.
Norwich, with its historic Norman Castle and Cathedral, theatres, cinemas and restaurants and pubs to suit all tastes is just a thirty minute drive away.
