Weavers cottage is the end cottage in a row of four which were converted from a weavers barn to farm workers houses in 1890.A much loved family cottage.
Ground Floor: Front door opens into
BOOT ROOM with plenty of room for beach gear wellies etc. There is a washing machine & drier.
KITCHEN with electric cooker, fridge and large walk in larder. the original openfire heated bread oven and copper are set in the chimney breast.
SITTING ROOM DINING ROOM has an open fire comfortable seating and a chest of drawers with board games. TV & Wifi. The table will seat 6 adults plus children. A fdoor opens out to the 'breakfast garden' and views across fields to Thursford Church.
First Floor: All rooms have exposed beams.
MASTER BEDROOM has a large double bed.
CHILDRENS ROOM has a bunk bed and a fold out z-bed.
Steep staircase opens into LANDING ROOM with double bed.
The BATHROOM is simple with a bath, washbasin and w.c

The large garden is enclosed and mainly lawn. The whole garden borders onto open fields.
There is a picnic table on a leveled area for outdoor eating and the separate front garden has garden furniture to enjoy the morning sunrise.
The garden and surrounding area are ideal for children, cycling and dog .
Thursford Green has a fantastic steam engine and fairground organ museum - www.thursford.com. The village is ideally placed to visit the north Norfolk coast which has fantastic beaches and is well known for bird watching. Our closest beach is Well next to Sea; the town also has a quay and a good selection of pubs and restaurants.
Fakenham and Holt are good local towns and the next village is Little Walsingham, historically important since Henry VIII's reign and a centre with original Tudor and Georgian buildings.
Norwich and Kings Lynn are both 45 mins drive.
