Situated in a secluded position on the fringes of Stiffkey, one of north Norfolk’s loveliest and quirkiest villages, The Stump is a comfortable, contemporary space from which to explore and enjoy the region’s spectacular coastal landscape. The open-plan interior is calm and light-filled, with a compact and functional kitchen area, a seating area with woodburning stove, a king-sized bed and a good-sized modern shower room. Other features include high-speed broadband and TV, vintage turntable with vinyl collection, blue tooth speaker, Netflix and a good selection of books and games. The Stump has been newly designed and stands in a lovely woodland setting, in the grounds of but well screened from the main house.
Free allocated parking for one car.
It also has its own terrace and deck, with barbecue , firepit and furniture for outdoor living.
One small dog is welcome at a charge of £20 per stay.
The north Norfolk coast path and the sea and marsh landscape is just a few minutes stroll from the house. The Red Lion pub, which serves food, is a short walk from the house. Stiffkey Stores, a five minute walk through the village, sells groceries and high-quality homewares, as well as serving excellent coffee, cakes and pastries.
