Linen and towels are supplied Stairs lead up from the hallway to the upstairs living room and kitchen with stunning views across the fields and a sea view. The lounge area has a sofa and armchair with a 43 inch freeview TV and DVD player. The kitchenette has a fridge, microwave , kettle and toaster.
The single room has t.v. wardrobe and chest of drawers. WiFi and welcome tray with kettle and welcome pack.

This contains Cereals Croissant, fruit juice, butter, jam, milk, tea and coffee. A full English breakfast is available between 8am and 9am. Please request a menu when you book. This includes Full English, a vegetarian Full English, smoked salmon and scrambled eggs all using locally sourced ingredients.
The room has its own entrance from the private back garden .There is a key safe box at the front door for self entry so you can arrive at a time to suit you.

There is ample gravelled off road parking to the front of the B& B for up to 4 cars. A secure shed is available to store bikes etc.
The private garden backs on to farmland and is mainly lawned with mature trees and is not overlooked. There is garden seating with table and chairs where you can look out across rolling farmland to lovely sea views in the distance. .You can watch the sun set over the fields to your west. There is a gate that leads from the garden directly onto the public bridleway leading with a 5 minute walk to Stiffkey Marshes and the coastal path.
Alternatively you can turn left to the cricket pitch and the path that leads down to the village shop or the Red Lion Pub.( which avoids the road).
From this coastal path you can walk West 4 miles to Wells-next-the-sea or East 3 miles to Morston and Blakeney.
The property is on the edge of the village and backs on to open farmland with views of the sea from the back garden as well as from the upstairs living room.This is a quiet location with just the sound of owls and the muntjac deer to be heard in the evenings. It is a short walk from the garden straight through farmland down to the marshes. We can provide a packed lunch for walkers or early risers. locally in the village is the Red Lion Pub which serves excellent meals at lunch and in the evening Mon - Sun. The local post office also has a lovely coffee and cake shop with outside and inside seating as well as a fabulous retro gift shop.
Nearby Wells next the sea , Holkham Beach and Blakeney are 3 miles away. The famous Thursford collection and Christmas show is a 15 minute drive inland.
