Inside the cottage

The property is a simply stunning converted Norfolk brick and flint barn with 4 beautifully designed en-suite bedrooms. The barn was converted and finished to an exceptionally high standard, and it's design means that there are some sublime views out to the surrounding meadows. It is quietly located in a rural setting adjacent to the village green and fields with sheep and horses, and is secured with electric gates. The kitchen is fully kitted out with everything that you could need, and has both oven and AGA cooking options. The large open plan sitting room has a very homely and cosy feel due to the centrally located log-burner and fireplace, and there is an upstairs TV room which serves as an alternative room to relax in. There are 2 interior dining areas, and a large al-fresco patio area for bbq's.

Outside and garden

Once you go through the secured gates, the property has ample parking for around 6 cars, and a large patio area and pretty terrace. There is a garden to the front of the house.

Surrounding area

The attractive village of South Creake provides the ideal base for a relaxing retreat, whilst being surrounded by some of the delights of Norfolk. The renowned Georgian village of Burnham Market is only 4 miles away, and just past that lies the award winning Brancaster, Holkham, Wells-next-the Sea and Blakeney coastline. In the other direction, the historic market town of Fakenham is just 6 miles away. The superb Jolly Farmers pub is found in the neighbouring North Creake, and the quite brilliant new Cafe and Farm Shop in the surroundings of Creake Abbey is now open and just down the road.
