This immaculate, light, airy and modernised detached property sits tucked away at the bottom of the owner's garden right in the centre of Sheringham town.“Sidings” sits alongside the Bittern Line where trains run on an hourly basis during the day from Sheringham to Norwich. All amenities are just a five minute walk away – the beach, shops (including Tesco Supermarket), pubs, restaurants, Little Theatre, market, North Norfolk Steam Railway and bus stops.
Access is through the owner's garage, private garden, arched gateway and into its own front entrance door, allowing guests their own complete privacy.
The open plan kitchen/lounge gives a warm homely feel with the lounge's bi-fold doors opening out onto a private south facing courtyard seating area with bench and table. There is also a double linen line.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, double electric oven, extractor fan, microwave, fridge with ice box and breakfast bar seating area. There is everything to make use of – a real home from home.
There is a freeview TV and Wifi and the two large leather chairs are perfect for sinking into in front of the TV at the end of a day's exploring.
In the bedroom is a double bed with Tempur foam mattress and fitted wardrobes with hangers. Just off the bedroom is the en-suite with spacious shower, hand wash basin, toilet and electric towel rail.
There is underfloor heating throughout the property with a wall hung electric fire in the lounge for those chilly evenings.
The property sleeps two adults and there is no smoking within the property but is permitted in the courtyard and the grounds surrounding “Sidings”.
Bedlinen,tea towels and towels (sorry not beach towels) are provided along with teas, coffees, sugar,condiments, toiletries, washing powder, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid and a welcome pack. A first aid kit is also available and fold up chairs can be provided for the beach and days out.
7 nights preferred but a minimum of 3 nights is considered.
Book for a week's stay and pay for six nights.
There is unrestricted parking on the road and surrounding nearby roads.
Sheringham is a bustling seaside town twixt sea and pine on the beautiful north Norfolk coast. Attractions include North Norfolk Steam Railway, Championship golf course, beautiful beach with promenade, Little Theatre and much, much more.
Cley marshes for enthusiastic bird watchers, one of David Attenborough's favourite places, Wiveton Hall cafe (Normal for Norfolk!) Norfolk Coastal Path are all a must to see on your visit.
