No 4 Seaview is a large 3 storey house, with wi fi,It looks directly out to sea and is set in a quiet and secluded terrace with plenty of off -road parking only moments from the beach and Sheringham town centre.
Tthe views from No 4 Seaview are magnificent. The seascape is stunning and always changing at any time of the year. There is a terrace and a conservatory directly overlooking the sea and sea views from all but one of the bedrooms.
Centrally heated throughout, including in the conservatory so the house is cosy in the cooler months and the wonderful views of the sea can be enjoyed all the year round no matter what the weather.
On the ground floor there is a spacious and comfortable sitting room with 3 sofas ( 1 is a sofabed if needed), armchairs, an electric flamed fire, tv, freeview dvd and wifi , . Double doors lead to a large conservatory with a sofa, dining table and chairs. Double doors from the conservatory open on to the terrace where there is a BBQ I(by request in summer), picnic table and chairs.
The kitchen leads both from the hall and into the conservatory, making it a sociable place with seaviews for the cooks! It is well equipped, with a range cooker with double ovens, fridgefreezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine (and dryer in the porch) with plenty of cupboards and workspace. There is ample crockery,cutlery, glasses, pans, dishes, utensils and other equipment, including plunge coffee maker, toaster, mixer, kettle, teapots etc.
In the hall there is a cloakroom with toilet and washbasin. The understairs cupboard has a coat hanging rail, a vacuum and other essential items for quick cleanups when they are needed.Stairs with child gates lead to the first floor.
On this floor there are 3 double bedrooms, one with a kingsize bed and two with two single beds. Two bedrooms face the sea and the third has a view of the hills surrounding Sheringham. All rooms have plenty of storage space for your holiday wardrobe. The two sea facing bedrooms have their own washbasins.
There is a family bathroom with a shower over the bath and a separate WC.
Stairs lead to the top floor where there is a large family bedroom with a double bed and one single. This room with sloping ceilings has its own washbasin, wardrobe,and chest of drawers.
Next door is a good sized bunks bedroom with full size bunk beds and a washbasin
On this floor there is a shower room with toilet and washbasin
All electricity, gas, hot water etc are included in the price. Bedlinens are also included, although we offer a discount of up to £;80 if you choose to bring your own bedlinens,We provide a travel cot, although we find guests prefer to bring their own bedding for it. We also provide a highchair and other baby items, such as a potty! As mentioned above there are stair gates to and from the first floor. There is a door between the first and second floor which can be shut.
Well behaved pets are permitted at an extra charge by pre-arrangement only.

Prices range from £495 for a short break offseason to £1950 for a week in the peak periods.
We can offer a range of discounts for small groups of 6 or less outside of the peak holiday periods, that is outside of the summer, Easter, Christmas, New Year and school half terms.

There is a terrace, with picnic table and BBQ (by request in summer) with wide reaching sea and beach views.The conservatory also directly overlooks the sea. At the front of No 4 Seaview there is a patio area ,with room for seating, which can be a great suntrap.
There is plenty of private off road parking.To access No 4 from the car parking area, there is a small flight of steps, a gateway marked private and a short walk of a few steps along the path.
Sheringham's unique position on the coast means that it is one the few places in Britain where you can see both the sunrise and sunset. No 4 Seaview is ideally placed to make the most of this very special opportunity all year round.
There are several good pubs,cafes, restaurants, icecream and coffee shops, takeaways and fish and chip shops all in close walking distance to No 4 Seaview. Sheringham High Street is well known for its range of independent shops, two excellent butchers, the crab stall,two greengrocers, two bakers, four bookshops, antique shops, gift and jewellery shops, clothing, shoes, art galleries, electricals,and a twice weekly market, to mention just a few!. From No 4 Seaview there are so many long and short walks with stunning views, some guests don not use their car all week they tell us! Something is always going on at the North Norfolk Steam Railway and at the wonderful Little Theatre in the High Street. We have an excellent golf course, 2 putting greens, 2 swimming pools, indoor and out bowls, a skatepark on the edge of town. Many wonderful birds can be seen in Sheringham and along the coast. Fishing, both beach and boat, can be good here and close by.
