The bedrooms have luxurious antique beds with the most comfortable mattresses that even Goldie Locks would love. It has five beautifully decorated bedrooms sleeping a maximum of ten. There are three double rooms, one single and one versatile room at the very top which can be a double with a single bed or three singles. The master bedroom has an ensuite, there is a further family bathroom and ground floor shower room.
When returning from an exhausting day of sea air and sunshine relax on one of the sumptuous sofas and enjoy a great movie. The Kitchen has quality appliances to conjure up delicious feasts, eat alfresco in the courtyard garden with covered seating area or in the elegant dining room. There is also an additional larder for those larger family gatherings.
Whilst retaining all its period charm Seaview Villa offers all the modern attributes, unlimited finer optic broadband TV, WI FI radio, CD player for a boogie night..
Open up the double glass doors in the dining room out onto a well planted paved area where you will find a luxurious outdoor seating area for 10 covered with a glass roof. To the rear of the garden there are a further 2 picnic benches and a chimney Bbq which can double as a heater after you have finished cooking.
There is on street parking with a car park just 75 metres up the road.

It is a quiet location, an ideal base for a walk to local shops, pubs and restaurants. There are lots and lots of things for children to do including Splash Tropical Leisure Pool and The Strip skate park.
Getting around without using a car is easy The Poppy Line vintage steam trains amble to Holt stopping at various stations, Norwich is also easily reached by train from Sheringham. Cromer is well worth a visit too, you can go on the pier and catch crabs.
The Coasthopper bus runs from Kings Lynn to Cromer with some great destinations along the way including Holkham, Wells Next The Sea, Stiffkey, Hunstanton, Cley and may more.
There is an absolute myriad of things to in and around Sheringham and some very special weekends, the 40’s weekend being a firm favourite.
