Tucked away on Augusta Street and just minutes from the beach and the town, Sea Breeze is a beautifully presented, self-contained two-storey apartment on the first & second floor of the rear of a large Edwardian townhouse; the perfect base from which to enjoy Sheringham and the North Norfolk Coast. Sea Breeze has recently been fully renovated with an elegant yet super-comfy interior by it’s property developer owners, who live in the main part of the house.
From it’s sumptuous beds, genuine black out blinds, comfy corner sofa to it’s dedicated off-road parking space and fully equipped kitchen, Sea Breeze is all about comfort and convenience – everything in the property has been thought through to give you a great stay. All linen and towels, as well as beach towels, are included, as are all the household items you’ll need during your stay – just pack your suitcases and come!
To ensure a smooth arrival, the owner’s always provide the essentials to get you started: locally baked bread, breakfast cereals, milk and butter.
On the first floor is the open-plan lounge/kitchen/dining space, with fully equipped cream shaker style kitchen with oak worktops; including dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, dining table & chairs, comfy corner sofa and TV with Freeview & DVD player. There is also a separate WC on the first floor landing and desk with information on local attractions.
On the second floor are the two bedrooms and bathroom; bedroom 1 with luxurious king-size bed and bedroom 2 with a zip & link bed – so either luxurious super-king or 2 singles. The bathroom has a full sized bath with powerful thermostatic shower over, WC and basin in vanity unit.
The owners, who have their own family, know how precious (and precarious!) time away can be, and so are happy to provide those items, which make your stay as comfortable as possible - just ask. They can also recommend local family friendly activities and attractions during your stay.
Please note, Sea Breeze is a strictly no-smoking property - smoking is not allowed inside under any circumstances. An ash tray is provided for those who wish to smoke in the courtyard. Sea Breeze is also a strictly no pets property.

Sea Breeze has its own dedicated off-road parking space at the rear of the property. It also has its own, useful small courtyard area which is ideal for guests to safely store bikes, beach things and dry off wet clothing etc. The courtyard also includes plenty of buckets & spades to use during your stay.
Sheringham, a hidden gem of a seaside town, and arguably the best appointed on the North Norfolk coast making it an excellent location for a holiday. This charming old fishing town, with its popular award-winning Blue Flag beach of flint pebbles when the tide is high (ideal for swimming), gives way to a large expanse of smooth sand as the tide recedes. From Sea Breeze walk 2 minutes (past the children’s play park) and you’ll be on the Promenade looking over the fabulous beach. Walk 2 minutes the other way into town, past a fantastic coffee shop, to the numerous local shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs, a Sainsbury’s, as well as a very active Theatre. There is also a twice weekly market and a Tesco just outside the town centre which is a 10 minute walk from Sea Breeze.
Off the promenade you can access The Norfolk Coastal Path – either head West along the cliff top towards Weybourne or head East taking you over the beautiful Beeston Bump. Whichever direction you head you’re guaranteed glorious coastal views.
Sheringham also has its own railway station – with modern trains going via Cromer to Norwich as well as the wonderful traditional steam trains, along the Poppy Line to Holt - this is very popular with children and adults alike.
The town has an excellent 18-hole Links Golf Course with stunning views and its own water park ‘Sheringham Splash’ with beach entry area for little children plus wave machine and 50ft giant waterslide. Both of these are less than a 5 minute drive from the apartment.
