Walk in the front door in to a light, airy and spacious open plan lounge/diner: with comfortable sofas and TV, the dining area with table and chairs with patio doors leading to the rear garden. A well equipped kitchen having a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Stairs leading to the first floor, there is a double bedroom, twin bedroom and single bedroom all with blackout blinds. The family bathroom comprises of bath with shower over, WC and wash hand basin.

Sheringham is a great location to start exploring the North Norfolk Coast, take a ride on the North Norfolk Steam Railway, enjoy the wonderful beaches, great food and local hospitality. Go crabbing in Wells-Next-The-Sea or Cromer or take a day trips to Holkham Hall and try the new high rope adventure. Sheringham offers a wide variety of shops and places to eat along with the beautiful beach and museum. Cromer is close by, famous for the Cromer Crab and home of the end of the Pier Show. National Trust properties close by include, Sheringham Park, Felbrigg and Blickling Hall.
