A first floor apartment with sea views, the property is comfortably furnished throughout to provide ideal holiday accommodation for four guests. Vista Court is situated 30 yards from the steps to the East Beach and just two minutes walk from the town centre. Private parking for one car is underneath the flat. The newly refitted Kitchen is well equipped with oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. The large bathroom with electric shower over the bath and electric towel rail has also recently been refitted. The lounge/Dining room is equipped with a flat screen TV and WI-FI. Bedroom one has a comfortable King Size bed, and plenty of storage space. Bedroom two has two 2ft 3inch single size beds and a chest of drawers. Duvets and Pillows supplied, please bring own bed linen and towels. Electricity included. No Pets. No smoking.

Sheringham town centre is centred around a traditional high street with a wide range of shops. On Saturdays there is a thriving market, very popular with residents and visitors alike. There are numerous pubs and restaurants of all types serving a wide range of dishes. Ice cream parlours and coffee shops are in abundance. All a short walk from the flat. There are amusement arcades, an indoor swimming pool with wave machine and water slides. The East and West beaches are clean with large sandy areas at low tide. East Beach is reached via steps within yards of the flat. The Sheringham Little Theatre has a wide range of productions on throughout the year including a well established summer repertory season running from July to September and a popular pantomime at Christmas. There are numerous events throughout the year in the town. The Cromer and Sheringham Crab/Lobster festival is held in May. Regular events are also held at the North Norfolk railway or Poppy Line. Steam trains run regularly between Sheringham and Holt. Main line trains also run to Cromer and Norwich. Golfers are well catered for in the area with well established 18 hole courses at Sheringham and Cromer. A smaller 9 hole course can be found nearby in West Runton. The Norfolk Coast Path passes through Sheringham, keen walkers can walk the full 45 miles from Hunstanton to Cromer! A short drive away the marshes of Cley Marshes provide a bird watching heaven, complete with visitor centre with bird hides. It has an international reputation for being the finest bird watching centre in the country. Seals, Terns and many rare bird species can be seen at the National Trust area Blakeney Point. National Trust Sheringham Park is not to be missed when the Rhododendrons are in bloom..
