Netherfield is a charming, period holiday cottage with the benefit of a downstairs bedroom and shower room and secluded garden. The cottage sleeps 6 with oil fired central heating and an open fire. The bright and modern accommodation comprises; entrance porch, modern sitting room with oak flooring, exposed beams and an open fire, views over the rear garden.. Large comfy sofa and easy chairs, chest of drawers, books, games and DVD's and a coffee table. LED TV with SKY, DVD player and i-pod docking station.
Off the sitting room is the Moroccan themed dining room with oak flooring, oak dining table seating six, chair and large mirror; door to spacious ground floor guest bedroom with king size bed, wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps.
From the sitting room is the well equipped and stylish kitchen with tiled floor, gloss units and wooden worktops, AEG dishwasher, brushed steel electric cooker and hob, coffee machine, microwave and breakfast bar; door to rear lobby with door to rear garden, laundry cupboard with washer/dryer, iron and ironing board; door to downstairs shower room with tiled floor, walk in shower, sink with storage, WC and heated towel rail.

Sharrington is a pretty, unspoilt rural village on the edge of the Glaven Valley. The village is 3 miles west of the Georgian town of Holt, which offers excellent shopping and places to eat. The cottage is a short distance from the coast at Cley, Blakeney and Morston. The quiet lanes surrounding the village are perfect for cycling, bird watching and walking.
