The rooms have all been indivdually styled to create a feeling of luxury and comfort. With its mixture of painted furniture and contemporary touches you will feel relaxed as soon as you walk through the door. The two kingsize bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with views over the countryside. The bathroom has double sinks with roll top free standing bath(great views of the countryside from the bath) and the separate wet room has a shower.
The sitting room is furnished with very comfy sofas, flat screen television and a wood burner for the cooler evenings. This comes with a complimentary basket of wood. There is also a toy cupboard with games and books to keep all the guests happy!
The kitchen has a large roof lantern which lets the big blue skies flood in and is great for sitting around the island watching the other half cook! This leads to an open style dining room with a woodburner.
The utility room houses a deep freeze, washing machine, drier and microwave. This also leads to the separate downstairs toilet.
The garden has fabulous views over the surrounding country with breathtaking views of the sunsetting. The outside terrace area has a wooden table and chairs with a braziere to keep you warm in the cooler evenings. There is ample parking to the side of the cottage which is off road..
Located in the small friendly village of Sedgeford with a very popular pub,The King William, within walking distance. Good access to local beaches at Holme, Hunstanton and Holkham.. Golf at nearby Old Hunstanton and Brancaster. Excellent bird watching at Titchwell and Snettisham. Great shopping at Burnham market and Holt. On a rainy day Farmer Freds is only five minute drive away to entertain the children at Heacham Lavendar. A perfect location for a relaxing break enjoying all the best things this beautiful part of Norfolk has to offer.
