Inside the cottage

The house would be good for family holidays. The house consists of a large kitchen (with Aga, dishwasher and larder fridge) with dining area, a utility room (with washing machine, tumble drier and fridge freezer), a downstairs loo, a separate dining room, a sitting room (with TV and DVD), and a further large drawing room. On the first floor there is a kingsize bedroom with en-suit bathroom, a double bedroom and a twin bed room and separate bathroom and finally a twin bedroom with en-suit bathroom. There is an extra fold out bed available. There is also a separate games room, complete with Pool Table

This house is strictly non smoking, Dogs are allowed at an additional charge.

Outside and garden

There is a fenced in garden at the south side of the house. There is a barbeque supplied and garden furniture for the summer months.

There is ample carparking.

Surrounding area

Situated in rural surroundings, approached by a long drive. Three miles from Wroxham, the heart of the Norfolk Broads. Supermarkets to be found in Wroxham (Roys) and North Walsham (Waitrose, Sainsburys and Lidls). Attractions for children are Wroxham Barns, (with junior farm), Rossi's Leisure (North Walsham), with ten pin bowling and Stompers indoor play area, Amazona Zoo in Cromer, Bewilderwood in Hoveton and a range of Norfolk sandy beaches only eight miles away. For adults National Trust at Blickling Hall and Felbrigg Hall, and both Norwich Cathedral and Norwich Castle.
