Bedroom 1 is a large ground floor double room with a king size bed with ensuite shower room, TV, table and chairs with hospitality tray, fridge, and microwave. Ideal for a longer stay.

Bedroom 2 is a large ground floor twin room with 2 full size single beds and ensuite shower room,TV, table and chairs with hospitality tray, and fridge. Great for a longer stay.

The breakfast/lounge room is solely for guests use at any time.

Both rooms are provided with a hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, and toiletries for you added comfort.

Wireless internet is available in both rooms.

Locally sourced breakfast available with a choice of hot foods, cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurts, and croissants.

Well behaved dogs welcome free of charge, however we ask that pets are kept off the furniture and not left unattented.

Large sloping landscaped private garden with steps or slope to guest accommodation. Ample off road parking, conveniently located just off the A140.

We are just a short walk away from local public transport links to the region including North Walsham, Norwich, Great Yarmouth, Sheringham, Holt, Wells, Blakeney, Huntstanton, and many more.

We are just 3 miles from Cromer which offers plenty of shopping, a multiscreen cinema, beach, pier with theatre and lifeboat, museums, church with tower, and many cafes and restaurants.
