The interior of cottage has just been completely redecorated to a high standard and has high quality fixtures and fittings, but is somewhere you can definitely sink back into its comfortable sofas and relax. There is a seating area outside on the south-west facing terrace so you can eat out (BBQ available) in the Summer, and an open fire in the sitting room for those chillier days

The cottage is situated in the pretty North West Norfolk village of Ringstead which has an excellent licensed village shop, the Gin Trap pub and restaurant, a church and garden centre. It is only two miles from the coast at Hunstanton and convenient for Titchwell Nature Reserve, long sandy beaches, a number of excellent restaurants, links golf courses at Hunstanton and Brancaster, sailing at Brancaster Staithe, and the Royal estate at Sandringham

The large garden with lawn, flower beds, and a South West facing terrace and barbecue area is fully enclosed and safe for children. There is a gravelled car parking area for up to 3 cars

Sitting Room: Large and comfortable sitting room with French doors to the terrace, open wood-burning fireplace and Flat screen TV ( freeview satellite), CD, Blu ray DVD player, and Sonos Wi-fi music streaming speaker.
Dining Room: With wooden flooring and large refectory table.
Kitchen: Through an archway, the modern well fitted kitchen is equipped with: modern double electric oven, halogen hob microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, separate fridge and freezer.

Bedroom 1: Twin bedroom.
Bathroom 1: Shower room with basin and WC.

First floor

Bedroom 2: Double bedroom.
Bedroom 3: Twin bedroom.
Bathroom 2: Family bathroom with a hand held shower over the bath, a w.c. and basin.

The front entrance door is off the High Street and vehicle access to the rear is from Chapel Lane along a short driveway through a gateway to the garden and a gravelled parking area.

The cottage has free unlimited wifi access

Oil for central heating and one complimentary basket of logs for the open fire is included.

A welcome tray is provided including filter coffee, tea, sugar, and milk.
Linen and towels for guests are included.

Outside and garden

Beautiful half an acre mature, well maintained and enclosed garden with parking space for up to 3 cars. Outdoor patio table and chairs, parasol and a charcoal barbecue (charcoal not provided).

Surrounding area

Tamarisk in Norfolk (photo 5) Set in the heart of the village of Ringstead with most amenities close by including a well stocked village store, art gallery and antiques shops, and nearby church. The Peddars Way long distance footpath passes through the village and follows the countryside out to Thornham and follows the beautiful Norfolk coastline. Old Hunstanton beach and its brightly coloured beach huts are approximately 2 miles away, as is Holme Next The Sea and the Norfolk Wildlife Trusts nature reserve and beach, which is an ideal place to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life, no matter whether you visit in the heart of Winter or the middle of Summer.
