Standing imposingly within its large garden the Mill offers 360 degree views stretching up to 20 miles from the 7th floor. The enclosed rear garden has a heated pool ( Open April to October incl) and large BBQ area.
An optional Private Dining Menu is available on request for special occasion dinners.
The Mill boasts much character - internal beams, oak floors, wood stove, open fires, squishy sofas and luxury bedding. The former workings of the Old Mill have been very carefuuily preserved.
The huge kitchen/diner has French doors that lead to the garden.
The split level heavily beamed sitting room is full of charm and character with the original mill stone as a main feature. The ground floor of the Tower is presented as a stunning formal dining room with round table to seat up to 16 guests. Additionally the tower has three charming double bedrooms with a further 4 bedrooms in the main house. A breathtaking glass walkway connects the house to the mill tower on the first floor.. Indoor games include TV, DVD, Nintendo Wii , PS3 and a large selection of books and board games.

Outside and garden

The outdoor Games Barn has a snooker table, ping-pong table and football table and a selection of toys, racquet's and balls. Unlimited Wireless Broadband available.
The outdoor pool is open from April 1st to October 31st and can be heated on request. The cost to heat the pool is pound;30.00 per night of stay. Children love The Old Mill and are warmly welcomed there. However, please note the outdoor pool is not fenced off.
There is a large trampoline in the garden which we welcome children to use under supervision. Indoor games room is equipped with TV, DVD, Nintendo Wii and a large selection of books and board games.

STANSTED AIRPORT is within easy reach of the house, at less than one hours drive.

The picturesque towns of Swaffham and Ely are 15 and 25 minutes drive respectively.
The cities of Cambridge and Norwich are both within an hours drive.

Norfolk's North Coast, with its beautiful beaches and golf courses at Hunstanton and Brancaster, is about 26 miles from The Mill.

The local area abounds with rivers and forests for all types of walking, cycling, fishing and boating.

Just three miles away, the beautiful National Trust Property, Oxborough Hall, can be reached over a variety of foot trails.
