The house is in a great location with the village shop/post office literally the other side of the road full of local produce offering fresh bread and croissants every day. Several great places to eat within easy walking distance - fine dining at The Neptune (Michelin starred) or a pub meal at The Lodge and Ancient Mariners.
The Old Boathouse Cafe is a must for breakfast on the beach nxt to the RNLI lifeboat.
Titchwell and Snettisham RSPB reserves are close by.
Hunstanton town centre is approx 1 mile.(mini train runs in peak weeks from the Old Hunstanton lighthouse)
Coast Hopper bus stop is a few steps from the property!
Lovely cottage only 3 minutes stroll to the beach and dunes. Excellent location.
