There are pretty front and back gardens. These are private, enclosed and suitable for all.
Stacked full of pretty shrubs and grassed areas, two wrought iron benches and two outdoor dining tables with chairs, Barbecue and patio area. Perfect for relaxing in style and comfort!

Private off road parking area for ONE car (others can park on the road or opposite the property).

Surrounding Area

The house is in a great location with the village shop/post office literally the other side of the road full of local produce offering fresh bread and croissants every day. Several great places to eat within easy walking distance - fine dining at The Neptune (Michelin starred) or a pub meal at The Lodge and Ancient Mariners.
The Old Boathouse Cafe is a must for breakfast on the beach nxt to the RNLI lifeboat.
Titchwell and Snettisham RSPB reserves are close by.
Hunstanton town centre is approx 1 mile.(mini train runs in peak weeks from the Old Hunstanton lighthouse)
Coast Hopper bus stop is a few steps from the property!
