No 51 is a lovely hall entranced Victorian terrace house in the Golden Triangle area of Norwich, just a short walk into the centre of the city. Recently awarded 4 star grading by Enjoy England.
It has a large double aspect lounge, wooden floors with open fire place and dining area. Fully fitted kitchen with granite and wood work tops, Smeg range style cooker, washing machine and dishwasher.
A large flat screen TV, sound system with play back facility for laptop/Ipad, and a selection of board games and books are available in the living room. Radio alarms and hair dryers in all bedrooms and Radio/ Cd player in the kitchen. Wifi.
A separate breakfast room with French doors opening onto the garden.
There are three bedrooms, two double and one single, off the landing and a large family bathroom with shower over bath.
All linen and towels are provided.
A welcome pack including wine, eggs and fresh flowers is provided to welcome you to No51 and, during the cooler seasons, starter logs and kindling for the fire.
Peaceful and secluded south /west facing garden surrounded by old flint wall on two sides. Fruit trees and mature shrubs with lawned area. Outside table and seating area with barbecue. On road parking outside house.
Norwich is a great place to stay when exploring Norfolk with easy access by road, river or train to the Broads, beaches and countryside . The city hosts a number of festivals throughout the year including the UEA Literary Festival and the Norfolk and Norwich Festival itself which runs in 2014 from 9-29 May. The house is Ideally located for exploring the vibrant city of Norwich at all times of the year with museums,, parks, cathedral, shops, restaurants, market and theatre all within walking distance.
There are some great local pubs, restaurants and shops within a 5 min walk of the house including the Workshop, Reading Rooms and Last Wine Bar as well and the beautiful Plantation Garden one of Norwich's best kept secrets is just up the road.
The University of East Anglia and Norfolk and Norwich Hospital
are a 10 minute bus ride from the conveniently located bus stop at the bottom of the road.
