Stunning new brick and flint cottage furnished to a very high standard. Graded 4* Gold A nautical theme throughout and is bright and airy.
The living room with its comfy sofa 40 inch tv with integrated dvd player, sky tv and wifi is perfect for relaxing, also equiped with games and books for your entertainment.
The fully fitted kitchen has everything you will need including, oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine plus all you could need for cooking and eating.
The double bedroom has a large fitted wardrobe and the the bed has egyptian cotton bedding, door leading to a large ensuite shower and wc room.
The twin bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe and drawers over looking the garden.
A family bathroom with full size bath and wc.
Towels and a welcome pack are supplied.

There are two parking spaces to the side of the cottage and a gate leading to the garden. This is beautifully landscaped again with a boating theme, even has its own boat! (unfortunately un-seaworthy).
There is a paved patio area with a garden bench, table & chairs and a charcoal BBQ.
Northrepps is a small quiet village and has a thriving village pub. The Foundry serves lovely food and has entertainment on some nights.
The fishing village of Overstrand is only 1.5 miles away with a beautiful sandy beach, pub, restaurant, shop and a cliff top cafe.
2 miles away is the town of Cromer with its famous pier still boasting a pier end theatre with entertainment, beach, large promenade, shops, pubs, restaurants, zoo, cinema and a superb 18 hole golf course.
A short 20min drive will take you to the tranquil Norfolk Broads where you can hire a boat or relax and watch the world go by.
There are so many places of interest to visit within the area including many National Trust properties and lots of leisure facilities for adults and children are close by.
The whole area is surrounded by "quiet lanes" so a lovely area for walking, cycling, family seaside holidays or relaxing, cosy winter breaks.
