Inside the cottage

Hilltop in Norfolk (photo 2) Hilltop in Norfolk (photo 3) Hilltop is a large Edwardian house that we are currently refurbishing (Additional photos will be released as soon as building work completed) into a stylish holiday home that will sleep 16.
We will be creating a stylish yet relax feel to the house and will use a coastal theme to decorate with co-ordinating soft-furnishings and accessories.
The guests at our other holiday let (Loke House Cley) constantly tell us how comfortable the beds are so we will be using the same at Hilltop. Each bed will be made prior to your arrival using Egyptian cotton bedding with hypoallergenic duck and down duvets and pillows. We will have a few spare man-made duvets and pillows should you prefer. You will find plenty of white fluffy towels for use in the bathrooms and separate hot hub towels – just bring your own beach towels and cot bedding.
The bedrooms and bathrooms are found on the second and first floors:

Surrounding area

Mundesley grew rapidly when the Victorians brought visitors here by opening a railway in 1889. They came to Mundesley to sample the finest air in the country. The railway has long gone, but the fresh sea breezes off the North Sea remain as invigorating as ever. Mundesley today is a family holiday destination with a wonderful sandy beach, considered one of the best in the country, with safe swimming when the tide is out. The village contains a number of facilities including a small number of shops, eating places including a Fish and Chip shop, 3 pubs, tea rooms, coffee shop and a Post Office. Mundesley church sits perched overlooking the sea and the coast path is great for walks. Nearby Stow Mill is one of the best windmills in Norfolk and well worth a visit.
The Mundesley Golf Club welcomes visitors.
The Norfolk Broads are close by as are many of the other north Norfolk beaches and a variety National Trust properties..
