Church Cottage is a traditional flint-built cottage with pantile roof, approximately 250 years old but this does not mean very low ceilings !! As the name suggests it is adjacent the church so a peaceful location.

Two super-king double bedrooms, one twin bedroom, one bedroom with adult-sized bunk beds, plus cot. Large sitting room, dining room, snug with TV, entrance hall with WC cloakroom, fully fitted kitchen. Large garage / games room and private off road parking area for several cars.
The main sitting room is very relaxing with huge squashy sofas and an open fire. In the dining room the extending oak table & chairs comfortably seat 10, there is a wood-burning stove and a door to the patio. Dry logs supplied & fires freshly laid for your arrival.
Bed mattresses are pocket sprung + very comfortable. Pillows, bedlinen, towels + complimentary bathroom accessories are all from The White Company. Family bathroom with large double ended bath, drench shower, loo and wash basin. Further WC in the downstairs cloakroom.
Fully equipped kitchen with double oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, slow cooker, all pans & utensils and a vast quantity of crockery, glassware & cutlery! Utility room with washer and tumble drier, iron, extra fridge & freezer. Free WiFi internet access. Oil fired central heating, garage with table tennis table, pool table, darts board, beach kit & crab nets. Plenty of space to store bicycles, beach and boating gear.
Through the kitchen is the snug with widescreen surround-sound HD TV, Sky, DVD, video, pod dock and double French doors to the patio. Also a selection of traditional board games, DVD's, & videos!
Church Cottage is well equipped for children / toddlers / baby with travel cot, stair gates, high chair, bed guards, booster steps and trainer seats and plastic beakers + plates..
The enclosed garden is a delight. Three separate areas wrap around the cottage ensuring access to sun at all times of the day, two patios with table and chairs on each & a BBQ. The small bothy houses pre-cut seasoned wood and also a separate semi-outdoor kennel & run to allow wet dogs to dry out after washing off the aromatic Norfolk mud - this also provides shade + shelter in hot weather. The garage/boat shed is large enough to house the table tennis table and pool table as well as a car or boat trailer.
Morston has a great family friendly relaxed pub with much character, The Anchor, serves delicious local food and beer, Morston Hall is a Michelin starred country house hotel restaurant.
